Prerequisite

How to configure the NetExtender
- Launch the NetExtender application. You can access it via the desktop shortcut or through the Windows Start menu.

- Enter the domain provided by your administrator, ensuring that it is entered with the correct case, as it is case-sensitive.
How to connect the NetExtender
- Click the Connect button
- If you get a security alert, click Always Trust.
- If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been configured by your administrator as an additional security measure, please enter the code provided by your Authenticator App or the code sent to your email.
- The SonicWall NetExtender should be connected now.
How to disconnect the NetExtender
To disconnect from NetExtender, click the Disconnect button. Please note that if NetExtender is not connected, you will not have access to resources on the corporate network.
